Chocolate Strawberry Chia Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup organic chia seeds

  • 2 cups plant milk

  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup

  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1/2 teaspoon pink salt

  • 4 tablespoons raw cacao powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 3 strawberries, sliced

  • 3 tablespoons raw coconut shreds

Prep Steps:

  1. Combine all ingredients except chia seeds into your blender and blend, scraping down the sides as you go to form a chocolate base

  2. transfer mixture to a bowl or mason jar and add chia seeds by stirring them in with a whisk to combine

  3. cover airtight and let the pudding refrigerate for 6-8 hours, or overnight

  4. in the morning, uncover and top with strawberries, coconut shreds, and anything else you’d like (banana slices would be great here)

  5. enjoy
