Chocolate Strawberry Chia Pudding
Ingredients:
1/2 cup organic chia seeds
2 cups plant milk
3 tablespoons maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon pink salt
4 tablespoons raw cacao powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 strawberries, sliced
3 tablespoons raw coconut shreds
Prep Steps:
Combine all ingredients except chia seeds into your blender and blend, scraping down the sides as you go to form a chocolate base
transfer mixture to a bowl or mason jar and add chia seeds by stirring them in with a whisk to combine
cover airtight and let the pudding refrigerate for 6-8 hours, or overnight
in the morning, uncover and top with strawberries, coconut shreds, and anything else you’d like (banana slices would be great here)
