After receiving a bachelors degree of science in nutrition + dietetics and pursuing my own continuing education, I have transitioned over the course of three years from a pescatarian to vegetarian to vegan. Following the lifestyle habits that are necessary to be vegan has been a journey and I'm ready to share my favorite balanced recipes, yoga sequences and more. Time for action! I'm going to guide you through 5 days of clean eating and daily yoga practice that's tailored to your needs. A body, mind, soul concentration inside and out. You will need to be disciplined and listen to your body, and I'll be there every step of the way. I'm going to break it down step-by-step for you to keep you centered through your journey with 15 meals and yoga for a unique yoga schedule for new and experienced yogis.

We are going to look back at the past week and discuss the changes we've noticed in your mental and physical health. How will you continue this journey on your own?
