Mango + Coco Smoothie

Mango and coconut everything lately has just been hitting the spot for me! It must be those summer vibes! I had some fresh oranges lying around this morning and decided to let them fuel my smoothie making obsession. This simple blend of fresh citrus, mango, dates and coconut is a bomb way to wake up and feel instantly energized. I love fruit in the morning especially on a nice sunny day.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen organic mango
  • 1 banana (frozen or not, either will work)
  • 2 pitted and soaked medjool dates (I like to soak these in warm water for about 20 minutes)
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice (sometimes I use clementines if that's all of have and it works just as well!)
  • 1 tablespoon raw shredded coconut

Prep:

  • Combine all ingredients (except coconut) into a high-speed blender with a nice blade and blend!
  • Top with coconut and enjoy.
