KNOW YOUR WORTH

Our boundaries are hard to find and even harder to keep strong and in place. Knowing our worth and our personal boundaries are some of those aspects of life where, if neglected - can cause the reality of your actions to hit you hard and unexpectedly. Maybe someone is putting you down at work, or you just don't know how to handle a situation that involves one of your many relationships at this point in time. The root of many relationship issues (any kind of relationship), is knowing our worth. We must learn how to communicate to others our personal needs within a relationship, and that means effectively laying out our boundaries for the other person to recognize and respect. Our time is valuable, our worth is plenty, and we must first know within ourselves what that means before trying to truly connect and grow with others. The integrity you hold to your personal boundaries and self-worth radiate outwards and reflect on your relationships with others. We must find our roots and know where we stand before we can truly be successful in collaborating those whom we care for.

Let's dive in to your unique path and possibly shine some light on what needs to change in order for you to understand your worth and grow in self-love.

This week's journal exercise:

  1. How can I show myself more love? What practices are helpful to me that make me feel safe, comfortable in my skin, and proud of myself and who I am? How often can I try to practice these actions of self-love/self care?
  2. In what situations, relationships, etc. do I feel most confident? What allows me to embrace myself fully and shine my light brightly, and why?
  3. In what situations, relationships, etc. do I feel that I am not shining my light as brightly? Why is this? What makes me feel uncomfortable, insecure?
  4. How can I bring the embodiment of self-love with me wherever I go? How can I keep the vibe from my positive environments and experiences with me to those not so comfy places?

I hope you take your time to answer these questions, sometimes we need our minds to ponder for a couple days, even! Dig in a little deeper and try to understand and fully empower yourself by knowing your worth - because you are worth it! You deserve to feel that bright shining light every day, and have boundaries and practices that enable you to shield negative energies and experiences. This is your one life, so live it fully and know that you already are everything you need to be.

Make your life beautiful.

Lots of love and the best intentions,
